Topic: “New Tax Transparency Rules in Europe: From AML / CTF Legislation to Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR)”

On November 28, 2019, representatives of East-West United Bank from Luxembourg will make reports at a meeting of ACBK.

Natalya Perkhova (Director of TB Sales and Trade Finance) and Anna Kramer (Compliance Expert) will tell the Association members about DAC6 - the new requirements of the European legislation on tax information disclosure, as well as how tax compliance goes and focuses on what Luxembourg. On bank requirements for opening / servicing accounts in Luxembourg.
