Cryptocurrencies, ICO: our client proposal

More than 20 delegates took part in the ABCS meeting on the 30th November 2017.

The general meeting agenda was: “Cryptocurrencies, ICO: our client proposal”.


Traditionally, the session was opened by ABCS Chairman Arkadii Kerner, who welcomed the participating members and presented the Membership certificates to the representatives of Niemands and Europe2B.


The first speaker to take the floor was Alexey Mikheev (Innovative business and entrepreneurship development center). At the beginning of his speech he enquired about the level of acquaintance of the auditorium with cryptocurrency and blockchain as well as their intentions towards the outcome of the conference. Apart from the general information and the latest news coverage, Alexey pointed out the issue of investment in cryptocurrency.


The next speaker, Alexey’s colleague, Nikolay Ermakov, the managing partner of NakamotoCapital took the floor. His topic was “ICO as the driver to economic and business development”. He dwelled upon the importance of consulting on blockchain technology introduction integration as well as the experience on projects’ preparation for ICO.


Ruslan Makarov, being the President of international Fund “Chelovechcestvo”, author of monographs on philosophy, law and ethnology, touched upon the general understanding of and education in the sphere of cyber-economics and presented a new online-channel “KRIPTOMER”, which aims and educating on cyber-economics, cryptocurrencies and other new developments of our life.


Afterwards, the last speaker, the IBFS senior tax consultant Konstantin Asabin, took the floor. Konstantin pointed out the difference between cryptocurrency and token from the legal perspective as well as the first notes issued by Russian authorities and risks associated with ICO projects.


The amount of interest in the topic can be judged by the number of participants – more than 20 companies took part.


The official part was succeeded by the traditional cocktail party, transmitting the discussion into an informal atmosphere.
